In accordance with Civil aviation Law of the Republic of Moldova, the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) is the document that confirms the capacity of the air operator to perform civil cargo operations, having the abbreviation MD – followed by the number of the Air Operator Certificate issued in accordance with JAR-OPS-1 and JAR-OPS-3, approved through ODG no.46 GEN dated 31.10.2000 and published in the Official Monitor 0 1.10.2001.
