Note:

In accordance with the Civil aviation law of the Republic of Moldova, the Air Operator Authorization (AOA) is the document that confirms the capacity of the air operator to perform aerial works and /or general aviation, having the abbreviation MD – followed by the number of the Air Operator Authorization issued in accordance with  civil aviation regulations of the Republic of Moldova RAC-AOA, approved through ODG no.26 GEN dated 30.03.2001 and published in the Official Monitor dated 26.04.2001.
