RAC – AZ (Flight Authorization)
In order to regulate the passengers, goods and luggage air transport, the State Administration of the Republic of Moldova, as a resort body of the central public administration in the field of civil aviation authorizes all the scheduled and non-scheduled civil flights executed in the air space of the Republic of Moldova.
The State Administration of Civil Aviation is the specialized body that elaborates, administrates and assures application of the civil aviation regulations and in this respect, execution of the flights from the point of view of observance and maintenance of the conditions for flight execution and issues, suspends or revokes their authorization documents.
The air operators which organize and perform scheduled and non-scheduled flights are obliged to respect the civil regulations issued by the CAA.
In this respect, the CAA has elaborated and issues civil aviation regulations RAC-AZ (Flight authorization)approved through the CAA Order no. 33/GEN dated 19th of June 2002.
