Airworthiness Directives of the Republic of Moldova The Civil Aviation Administration issues Airworthiness Directives (ADs) in accordance with Moldovan Aviation Rule RAC-11. Airworthiness Directives are issued when an unsafe condition has been found to exist in particular aircraft, engine, propellers, or appliances installed on aircraft, and that condition is likely to exist or develop in other aircraft, engines, propellers, or appliances of the same type design. Once an AD is issued, no person may operate a product to which the AD applies except in accordance with the requirements of that AD.
