Registration of the aircraft in the Aeronautical Register of the Republic of Moldova is done on the basis of the Civil Aviation Regulations of the Republic of Moldova RAC-47 „Registration of an civil aircraft” (MD) (RU).
Very light aircraft, as well as aerobatic aircraft are also subject of accounting. The accounting regulations of the respective aircraft are exposed in RAC-VLA (LPSN) (RU).
