In order to settle the tariffs for scheduled passengers air transport in accordance with stipulations provided in the Bilateral interstate agreements regarding aeronautical services and of the ICAO documents, the Civil Aviation Administration of Republic of Moldova, each year approves the tariffs for regular flights applied by authorized air operators, no matter of their organizational juridical form.
Approval conditions of charges for scheduled passengers air transport are established in the Regulation settled by Civil Aviation Administration through Order no.88/GEN dated 17.12.2001 and registered at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova under no.255 dated 28.02.2002.
The charges for international passengers air transport are approved only after obtaining the authorization for scheduled route operation which requests approval of the tariffs.
The air operators from the Republic of Moldova , no matter of their organizational juridical form, that execute commercial flights, may apply only charges approved by Civil Aviation Administration.
Charges for cargo and non-scheduled flights are established by the air carriers on the basis of the contract with the beneficiaries.
