In the field of air transport facilitation, the CAA coordinates the cooperation of different bodies involved in the respective process (as for example, the authority of the airport, air companies, customs, border guard service, police, etc.) as to urgent and simplify the processing procedures of the air transports and prevention of the non-justified delay of the aircraft, crews, passengers, luggage, goods and mail. 

   In this respect the CAA has elaborated and approved together with other Ministries, Departments and interested services of the Republic of Moldova regulations regarding facilitation of the international air transport through coordination and simplification of the procedures connected to travel documents, documents for transportation of the goods, customs, regulations regarding health and other regulations in the field of air transport which were exposed in the National Civil Aviation Facilitation Program adopted through the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova no. 574 on the 25^th of May 2006.
