The JAR-145 "Approved Maintenance Organizations" (Amendment 5) is entered in force in the Republic of Moldova with CAA Moldova's Order No. 13/GEN dated 01.02.2001.
Detail procedures of certification are included into RAC-AID, Part 145 "Airworthiness & Technical Strandards Handbook" (RU).

"Old" National Rule called as "Regulation of certification and issuance of maintenance organisation approvals for the right to perform maintenance and repair works" eneterd in force with CAA Moldova's Order No. 61 dated 15.06.1998 is still in use for the maintenance organizations which perfrom maintetnance for aircaft used in non-commertial aviation (RU).
