Civil Aviation Administration informs you about repeated fact of violation of Republic of Moldova air space and international legislation by AlpiEagles S.p.A Italian Airline while performing charter flight. Today, 03.04.2007, for the second time in the last week, the above mentioned Airline takes off from Venice to Chisinau without flight authorization from aeronautical authorities of Republic of Moldova.
CAA did not grand the authorization for charter flight to AlpiEagles S.p.A Italian Airline due to availability of some obvious false facts and the CAA informed aeronautical authorities from Italy about that.
At the aircraft board there were 100 passengers from Republic of Moldova who returned to their home country to spend Easter in their families. Respectfully for its citizens, Civil Aviation Administration did not return the aircraft in Italy, and allowed landing on the International Chisinau Airport .
Civil Aviation Administration took all necessary measures to inform, via a diplomatic channels, the Aeronautical Authorities from Italy about illegal actions of AlpiEagles S.p.A Italian Airline. Thus, CAA informed the competent Moldovan bodies about respective event.
