For the purpose of more effective civil aviation safety and security oversight and according to standards established in RAC-REAC0060, RAC-AAII (H), Annex 13 Chapter 8, CAA RM puts into operation the electronic system of voluntary report of occurrence happened in civil aviation.
Any person who believes he has the information about any occurrence which could constitute a menace for the flight safety or security can make a voluntary report to the CAA RM.
The electronic system of voluntary report does not require any special form, however, as far as possible, the use of the forms provided in RAC-REAC Annex 5 is recommended.
The voluntary report, as far as possible, has to contain full and reliable information about the occurrence happened and the informer personal data.
CAA RM ensures the confidentiality of the information received through the electronic system of voluntary report and guarantees the open use of this data only subject to the informer’s agreement.
