From 19 to 21 November, 2007 in Brussels, the Air Safety Committee examined the list of air carries on which the European Commission has imposed an operating ban, whereby the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Moldova made an oral submission on 20 November.
On 28 November 2007 the European Commission formally adopted a Regulation amending Regulation 474/2006 EC establishing the list of air carries which are subject to an operating ban within the Community.
