Settling development strategy of the civil aviation branch for short, medium and long term. At the moment, the development program of the civil aviation was elaborated for the following periods: 2005, 2010 and up till 2020.
Supervision of certification and authorization conditions fulfillment of the economic agents that activate in the field of civil aviation regarding their solvability and viability maintenance;
Regulation and monitoring the use of public property administrated by enterprises from civil aviation;
Cooperation with the international organizations regarding economic aspects of civil aviation;
Submission of proposals to the Government of Republic of Moldova regarding modification and amending of legislation in force as to ensure a rhythmic development of civil aviation;
Settling, monitoring and assurance of CAA budget execution.
